SECRETARY

Requirements:

  • Max. 27 Years Old;
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree from Secretarial/Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Min. 1 Years experience as secretary, fresh graduate are welcome;
  • Administrative skills would be well regarded;
  • Fluent in English and any other foreign language is an advantage;
  • Computer skills are required, particulary Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point & Excel;
  • Good attitude and hard working;
  • Good time management, fast and detail;
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skill, and proactive.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments;
  • Proactive support in managing and resolving routine and complex emails, phone, and mail enquires;
  • Take and maintain work and office records;
  • Provide administrative support, control and coordination, resumes preparation, analysis and to ensure the efficient handling of secretarial work and other assignment including top confidential matter.
