PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur asal Jepang yang berlokasi di Depok, Jawa Barat, membuka peluang karir untuk posisi Production Engineering Supervisor.

1.  Minimum Diploma III or Polytechnic or Bachelor of Engineering, Machinery or in relevant fields.
2. 3 years’ experience in a similar position, especially in a supervisory role, with strong manpower organization skills.
3. Good understanding of diesel engine, machining, quality control, and safety processes.
4. Good understanding to read technical drawing, CAD/CAM.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
6. Understanding about direct induction and indirect induction
7. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
9. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
10. Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage.
11. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to lead, organize and motivate subordinates. Takes ownership and responsibility for actions and decisions made and ensures proper follow-up is taken.
14. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in presentations, conversations, interactions and business writing with others.
15. Proactive, professional attitude and has a future-driven mind-set to remain focused and self-motivated.
16. Ability to understand the proper allocation of resources for the purpose of getting things done within a defined timeframe.
17. Ability to work cooperatively as a team and stay committed together on the task at hand.
18. Ability to evaluate situations and make timely and objective decisions, taking into account multiple aspects and components, with a focus on achieving results.
19. Ability to identify the elements of a situation or problem and to understand which components are critical, as well as to provide recommendations for resolving and/or completing the task.
20. Having personal motivation to continually improve oneself, with the willingness to receive guidance, training and development growth opportunities, and to actively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.

1. Ensure the work environment is free from unsafe actions and unsafe conditions.
2. Monitor and analyze production processes to find opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
4. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and compliance with safety standards.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide production staff.
6. Collect and analyse production data to generate reports
7. Ensure and maintain the pull system equipment can operate properly.
8. Improve digitalization in the engine production process that still uses manual methods.
9. Update and maintain drawing of engine production line and drawing engine production jig.
10. Update and maintain check sheet of engine production process.
11. Ensure and maintain the Torque system / assembly menu equipment can operate properly.
12. Monitoring and maintain daily record data of torque system / assembly menu engine production.
