About The Role
Position : Sales Academy Trainee (Batch 7, start on 18 Maret 2024)
Location : Jabodetabek & Semarang
Sales Academy is like a short Management Trainee program which consist of 5 weeks development program (4 weeks field practice with professional assistance by our Senior Sales and 1 week in class learning with our professional trainer).

As a Sales Academy Trainee, you'll embark on a transformative journey that will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and experience to become a successful Sales Consultant at bababos. Requirements :
- Maximum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Possession of a valid SIM C driving license.
- Own a motorbike for transportation.
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek or Semarang.
