Sales Academy is like a short Management Trainee program which consist of 5 weeks development
program (4 weeks field practice with professional assistance by our Senior Sales and 1 week in
class learning with our professional trainer).
As a Sales Academy Trainee, you'll embark on a transformative journey that will equip you with the
tools, knowledge, and experience to become a successful Sales Consultant at Bababos. We're
looking for individuals who possess five key qualities: Hunger, Confidence, Social Skills, Life Goals,
and Selling Skills.
